Close encounter with Turkish Trawler

Lots of waving of arms and shouting as a Turkish trawler drops its barge board and nets a hundred feet away - we take immediate action with a speedy tack to port.... In retrospect the trawler was probably following a school of fish using a fish-finder and I believe the school must have made a turn in our direction which put us in the target zone!

cleaned and rudder post inspected. Looks like some corrosion but not enough to be of immediate concern.....
